Returns and refunds policy

If you are not satisfied with one or more purchased products or the delivered goods are damaged or defective, you can return one or more purchased items within 14 days from the delivery date.

How to do:

• Make sure the products are in the same condition as you received them, with labels and tags attached.

• Send an email to customer service within 14 days of receiving the package (totolodesign@gmail.com), indicating the reference order number and the codes of the products you wish to return.

• Once we receive the email, we will inform you of the return procedure.

  

 

 

REFUND TIMES

Once we have received your return we will check the returned products to make sure they are in exactly the same condition in which they were sent to you.

If these prove to be compliant, we will send you an email confirming acceptance of the return and, within 14 days, you will receive the credit of the amount spent for the purchase of the returned goods, directly on your credit card or through your paypal account used to place the order. In case of cash on delivery we will need the complete IBAN and the name of the account holder to which you wish to receive the refund transfer.

 

Any shipping costs paid at the time of the order will only be refunded in the event of damaged or faulty goods.
